Konjufca says Osmani did not give in to surgery

Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has declared that President Vjosa Osmani has not taken office at the time he underwent an operation in Turkey.

Konjufca has said these cases are regulated by law.

These are regulated by law, there was no such case. The only thing that is envisioned with the protocol is for one of the high-level political figures to stay in Kosovo and perform their duties. Otherwise the case has not come to that level of”, Conjufca has declared.

We remember that the Turkish media report that Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has been subjected to an operation in Turkey, has also prompted reactions by connoisseurs of constitutional issues and analysts.

Some of them have claimed Osmani has violated the Constitution unless he has delegated the duties to chief parliamentary Konjufca, during the time he was subjected to the operation.
