The Kosovar Security Bureau (BKS) announces all citizens of Kosovo from last year, following the agreement signed by the Kosovo Security Bureau, as well as the Montenegrin Security Bureau, entry into the territory of the Republic of Montenegro, as well as entry into Kosovo by this state comes only with TPL Plus, respectively, green card, without paying any additional euros.
If Kosovo citizens enter Montenegro's territory do not own TPL Plus police, then they must pay border security.
The same principle applies to the citizens of Montenegro, who in absence of green card must pay the border police.
TPL Plus police are taken to the company where you have vehicle security, and the same is true for entry into the Republic of Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro.
