Today, seven years are filled by armed conflict in “Trima sector”, in northern Macedonia, where eight members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs lost their lives, while about 40 were wounded.

For events in the “Trima sector” from February 2016, a trial hearing has been held against 29 persons who are charged with committed criminal acts “terrorist body” and “Terrorism”. All 29 accused of the Kumanovo case before the Court were declared not guilty.
The case was later joined by subject “Rrufeja” in which the process took place against eight armed group assistants from “The area of the Trima”, with what number of indictees increased to a total of 37.
The Republican Public Prosecutor has filed a procedure for those arrested in the Kumanovo action after the MPB presented criminal incriminating to the Public Basic Prosecutor for prosecuting organised crime and corruption against the number of people for “terrorist endangerment of constitutional and security order”.
Out of 37 accused of “Terrorism” and “terrorist body”, 33 people have been convicted of acts, while four persons have been brought in a release act.
The criminal court in November 2017 sentenced Andy Krasniqi-Malisheva, Deme Shehu, Fadil Feyzullahu, Nasuf Bekir, Valdet Zekiaj, Beg Bajra and Fejzula Rushovski. With 40 years in prison, Commander Sokoli, Esat Caffejoli, Ardian Bujari, Shefqet Hallaci, Betim Kabashi, Genc Sefaj, Enver Hoxha Klein, Rufki Dogani, Bajram Elshani, Nedmetdin Lika, Lika, Freedom Krasniqi, Sevdal Miftari, Fatmir Recica.
To 20 years in prison, Kenan Isni, Fadil Elshani, Freedom Demiri, Hajrush Abdia, Landr Rrustemaj, Mirsad Qerim. Musadik Pajazit and Abip Aliji have been sentenced to 12 years in prison. Arsim Bajrami and Elham Arifi for 13 years. Fourteen years were pronounced to Seadud Abdullai, and 18 years were Ragmi Latif. Of those sentenced, 19 are Kosovo citizens, while others are from Macedonia. Only four people charged with logistics from Macedonia have been completely acquitted of charges.
The indictment's assessment took place at the end of 2015, when for the first time, the group of 37 accused gathered in the small hall of the Criminal Court. The main examination began on February 10, 2016. The first court hearings were almost silent, but in the opening remarks that were able to give those arrested, the liquidation of Beg Rizaj and Mirsad Rullaj was denounced after the arrest.
The prosecution demanded life imprisonment for all 37 accused of “Terrorism” and “terrorist body”. The government agreed in November four years ago to open international investigation into the “case Trima neighborhood”
Former Prime Minister Zoran Zaev has stated that the international community has been informed and that ways are required for the implementation of the international investigation into unclear circumstances related to events in Kumanovo. /kp/
