Serhiy Volyna, commander of the 36th Brigade, said there are no medications and conditions for treating the wounded, adding that hundreds of civilians, including children, are living in serious conditions and that they lack food and water.
He made an urgent appeal to evacuate troops and civilians from Marioupolis.
