It's about the protection measure of 0.04 cents per kilo in the import of all kinds of concentrations of animals and birds, and 0.04 cents for standard blocks of origin from the state of Serbia.
Following market investigations by the Department of Commerce, it has proved that these goods in the Kosovo market are sold at lower prices than on Serbia's market.
These two decisions by Minister Hajdari follow the request of the Association of Manufacturers of Construction Materials, subsequently by local producers and the Commission's Proposal on Imports.
Decisions which were released on Friday in the Official Gazette, received 22 April.
Damping implies importing goods into Kosovo at a lower export price than the price comparable to the similar product in the country's export market.
Anti-damping is a safeguard clause for importing products under investigation, following complaints by companies operating abroad.
