According to the announcement, the judge of the preliminary procedure's request by the state prosecutor for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants A. K, B.H., B.P, B.S, D.Z., F.H., I.I, I.S., N.S.S., R.K., S.C., S. P, US and Z.P. has refused and the same have been assigned the measure of house arrest for a month apart.
The defendants are assigned house arrest measures under Article 183 related to Article 187 par.1 under paragraph 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of KPP. Against this act, the parties have a right to a complaint at the Kosovo Appeal Court”, the announcement said.
Twenty-six police officials have been arrested at the border checkpoint yesterday, of them two police sergeants and 24 police officials. The arrest occurred during the operation, codenamed “Pika 2” that has started since early morning hours in Prizren, at the border crossing in Vmica, respectively.
