Fedov was allegedly kidnapped by Russian forces in March and was released five days later in exchange for the nine seized Russian recruits, according to the head of the Ukraine's presidential office, the BBC reports, Periskopi records.
Fedorov has said Russia had kidnapped Ukrainian activists with <x0 propagandistic objectives” and was forcing them to register forced evidence.
