Report KMDLNJ: Failure to access Civil Code political game, MPs refrain from insulting vocabulary

The Council for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms after the debate over the Civil Code, which opened up to the legalisation of same-sex marriage, has reacted as it does to the uninhibited, degrading, insulting and exclusive vocabulary that Kosovo Assembly deputies use mainly in the absence of facts and for purposes [...]
According to the KMDLNJ, in the case of discussions on the Civil Code in the Kosovo Convention, there were unacceptable discussions from the human rights aspect and in terms of the MP's mandate with whom they were strongly offended members of a sexual orientation community that should not be tolerated as if such MPs should be sanctioned for this exclusive dictionary, insulting, degrading, discriminating and racist.
“KMDLNj views it more as a political, status and opposition game because no doubt this Civil Code will be voted into a near future, so Kosovo Assembly deputies must be very careful and cautious about the vocabulary they use”, said in response.
KMDLNY response:
KMDLNJ OWN FYES RELIGION AND PEAKES IN THE CURSOVA WORSHIP!
At the March 16th, 2022 session of the Kosovo Parliament failed to vote the Civil Code because of 61 deputies having voted 28 MPs, 29 had voted against, while 4 others had abstained. It seems obviously that the Civil Code was not voted for the fact that many MPs are afraid that this Civil Code opens the way to legalising same-gender marriage and that it has been made known in their discussions before this Law was voted. Some of them claimed they would vote for this Civil Code if the relevant clause is removed that leaves this opportunity and for which they have asked that the QUINT and EU countries be voted for without any change.
To KMDLNI is unequivocally the MP's right to vote without being subjected to any pressure or vote on the will of the MP, representing and defending the rights of voters who have voted, but also the other voters, the rights of Kosovo's citizens regardless of ethnic affiliation, political beliefs, religious beliefs, age, gender or status in society, and who in many cases have not hinted at the fact that MPs have been subjected to the brutal pressure of the subject and the international community, as was the case with Demark or the founding of the Special Court.
KMDLNY is concerned about the uninhibited, degrading, insulting, and exclusive guilty the Kosovo Parliament deputies mainly use in absence of evidence and for political purposes.
In the case of the Civil Code discussion in the Kosovo Assembly, there were unacceptable discussions on the basis of human rights, and in terms of the MP's mandate by certras was seriously offended by members of a community with different sexual orientation and should not be tolerated as if such MPs should be sanctioned for this disfellowshipped, insulting, degrading, discriminated, and racist.
The MP's irrefutable and undeniable right to vote on the basis of his beliefs, his will, and without being subjected to any pressure does not mean the right to offend and discriminate against others, even if they disagree with the contents of the proposed law.
Civil Code Failure KMDLNY considers it more a political, position and opposition game because, without a doubt, this Civil Code will be voted in the near future, so Kosovo Assembly deputies must be very careful and consistent about the vocabulary they use.
The KMDLNj respects, both human rights and the disagreement of some deputies with this Code Civat, but in no way endorses the insulting, discriminated, degrading vocabulary of anyone and in the concrete case of the sexual orientation community.
