AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has reacted to Prime Minister Kurti, who along with German top diplomat Annalena Bayerbock today, has inaugurated the Era Park in Mitrovica, from which 10% of the country's energy capacity will be generated. But for this project Haradinaj said the Kurti government has zero merit.
He has said that if Kurt did not refuse even the Countur Global thermal power plant project and the gas pipeline today, there would be problems with electricity.
The head of government today has participated in the inauguration of the Night Park in Mitrovica, an extraordinary investment in Kosovo with friendly countries, which is fantastic news, although the merits of this project are zero. If this prime minister and this government had not opposed the new thermal power plant project with Global Conuntur, or the Skopje-Pristina US gas pipeline project, today we could enjoy two extraordinary successes in the field of energy, and we would not suffer the consequences of energy shortages and stratosphere prices”, Haradinaj said.
He further said Kurti should take an example, according to him, how works are conducted for the country by Haradinaj's government.
The government should take an example from Mitrovica's Wind Park, how strategic interests are being carried out and done for the country, and why not say some good words also about the Haradinaj Government, which had clear vision of how the electro-environmental situation is resolved in the country. However, this is the success of Kosovo, which needs urgent need to postpone other energy-field projects, which are now halted by Prime Minister Kurti”, Haradinaj has written.
The prime minister, Albin Kurti, along with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, have officially inaugurated the new <x0 wind park “stalec Windpark” in Mitrovica villages of Sela and Bajgora.
According to Kurti, the production of energy from this wind park, with 27 turbines, will cover 10% of the country's installed capacity and lower CO2 emissions for 247m tonnes.
