Serbia's vote last night for the UN AP resolution to condemn Russian aggression over Ukraine had two goals. The first to make efforts to present ʹconsistent) in the principle of maintaining the principle of integrity and territorial sovereignty and indirectly compare Russian aggression over Ukraine with NATO intervention in Kosovo. And the second to ease the anger of the West due to the failure to impose sanctions on Russia. On the other hand, Serbia continues with its insistence on its policy not to become part of sanctions against Russia, which continues to impose it in a very uncomfortable position, especially with the obligation it has under its membership process to harmonise its foreign policy with the EU Joint Foreign and Security Policy. Kosovo and the Albanian factor should carefully expand to convey Serbian policy actions, but not be obsessed with it and much less fear it. We need to seize the case that in the function of peace and stability in the region, but also our internal development strengthen our position by dimensionalising co-operation with Western allies and co-ordinating actions with the Albanian factor in the region. It's time for a summit of Albanian leaders in the region.
