Poland has suggested that international peacekeepers be sent to Ukraine to help it defend itself.
Lavrov was giving his traditional speech to students and staff at the State Institute of International Relations in Moscow this morning, where he also repeated things he had previously stated, such as spreading neo-nazim in Ukraine, and that the West is canceling Russia.
