US President Joe Biden has said there are clear signs that Russian President Vladimir Putin may be preparing for use of chemical and biological weapons in Ukraine. Beden has said the Russian leader “has been leaning on the wall” as a result of Ukrainian resistance and that there is danger that he could implement the most severe tactics.
