The decision on the other 25 officers will be made tomorrow, said a communiqué issued by the Court.
On the accused, there is suspicion that criminal acts have been carried out the participation and organisation of the criminal group organised by Article 277 paragraphs 1, regarding Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code, the purchase, possession, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotorpe and analogics sanctioned with Article 267 of KPRK, the misuse of official position or authority with Article 414 of CPR, taking bribes to Article 421, the impact of KPR, the 4CPR's impact of the projection Code, and the 4th CPR's resolution, and the 31st Code of Commerce.

Basic Court in Pristina has set security measure for twenty-five defendants
Pristina 15 March 2022 ) The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, has ruled on the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo for the appointment of the detention measure against defendant A. K, A. S.H.H., B.L., D.L., F.S., F. J, G.A., G.H., G. S.G.T., H.D., H.P., H.H., I.D., I.D., I.T., K.S., L.H., M.B., R.T., S. M, J. H, J.H. and J. L because there is suspicion based on the criminal acts of participation and the organisation of the criminal group organised by Article 277 paragraphs 1, regarding Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code, the purchase, possession, distribution and unauthorized sale of narcotics, psychotorpe and analogicistics sanctioned with Article 267 of KPRK, the misuse of the official position or authority with Article 414 of CPR, taking bribes to Article 421, the impact of KPR, the 4KP's March, and the 4th Pentral Code of the Cyprus.
The judge of the preliminary procedure has approved the state prosecutor's request for the detention action against the twenty-five defendants as based and of the same has assigned the length of detention in length of (1) months for each separately. The defendants have been given custody under Article 165 paragraph 2 under paragraph 2.5 points 2.5.2 and 2.5.3 of KPP.
Against this act, the parties are entitled to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
The court has held hearings for another twenty-five defendants, while the verdict by the court will be made during tomorrow.
