In order to avoid any misunderstanding, consumption will be calculated into two sections, from the date of reading the bill until February 9th and February 9th to the date of reading. The bill by February 9th will be counted with an old fee. Then there'll be another calculator with a new fee. So even if you spent more than 800 kWh to February 9th, they won't be counted to get into the fee block, but the calculator will start again from zero to the date of reading. By this method, most consumers will be released from the tariff block, even though they have spent over 800 kWh.
Consumers will be notified about spending on new and old fees on the last bills they will accept during the next few days.
Then, the consumption that starts after sending the next bill from now on will begin to be counted at new tariffs.
