He says he must not believe what we hear, but what he sees, to imply that numerous Russian troops are still standing at the border and only waiting for Putin's signal for the invasion of Ukraine, writes the BBC, follows Periscope.
“Russia must withdraw all remaining forces from the countries' common border. We have a rule: don't believe what you hear, believe what you see,” “When we see an attraction, we'll believe in a de-terration”, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said after reports that some Russian troops were returning to the base.
He adds that the diplomatic route Ukraine was pursuing with its allies is working to prevent further escalation. /Periscopi/
