US President Joe Biden has reacted sharply to his predecessor, former President Donald Trump, as he called Russian President Vladimir Putin “gen”.
In a radio interview this week, Trump said it is <x0genial” that Putin declared a part of independent Ukraine.
“Putin now says: It's independent, much of Ukraine. I thought the wise one was this. And now he's going to go in there and he's going to be a peacekeeper”, Trump said, reports ABCNews.
He's very smart. I know him very well. Very, very well”, Trump added.
After that, President Joe Biden responded in an interview.
I take the Trump so seriously that says Putin is a genius, as long as I get it when he says he's a stable genius”, Biden said in the interview.
We had two options: start a third world war, go to war with Russia. Or second to ensure that a state that acts so highly contrary to international law will pay the price for this”, Beden said, among other things.
