Spain does not forgive Russia either, closes its airspace

Spain will close its airspace for Russian airlines.

This was made known through a publication by the Ministry of Transport.

The ministry announced the move in question through a tweeting post, saying the “country will continue to close Russian lines' airspace”, thus following the directives of European Union co-operation.

Spain has joined a host of other decisions that have closed their air space for Russian airlines this weekend in the wake of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, including Germany, Italy, France and Canada.

Span will proceed to clear the airspace to Russia airlines.

Following the copperation leaders sets by the European Union, this approach will have an effect on flights operated by Russia airlines that use space.
