These roads will be blocked temporarily in Pristina today

Kosovo police have announced citizens regarding traffic redirection and roads that will be blocked during today.

Regarding state activities which will be held today in honour of Kosovo's Independence, police have indicated that between 09:15 and 13:00, there may be temporary disruptions of traffic circulation.

To enable a circulation of the normal, police will operate on all roads related to downtown Pristina squares, setting the checkpoints with the aim of banning and instruction of 48x1>, the report said.

Kosovo Police's full announcement:

Kosovo police, with the aim of announcing public opinion about state activities which will be held today February 17th 2022, for Kosovo Independence Day, report that starting between 09:15 and 1: 00 p.m., there may be temporary disruptions of traffic circulation.

To enable a circulation into soaps of normal, police will operate on all roads related to the squares of downtown Pristina, establishing checkpoints with the aim of stopping and directing vehicles.

Time after time blockades and restrictions on the area around the squares and on the magistrates will be made as follows:

-In 15 minutes, the roads will be blocked.

The Pristina- Mitrovica magistrate from the bridge (closing around) to the entrance of Ahmet Krasniqi Street and continues the KLA route to the entrance of Parliament.

- From 09:50 to 10:15 am temporarily blocking the Agim Ramadani road from the direction of the municipality to the Ministry of Education.

At 11:20 p.m., roads will be blocked from the Central Bank to the Grand Hotel and the main lights (Keck) heading towards Grand and towards Bill Clinton Street.

The plan in question will start to be implemented immediately, and the roadblocks and redirection of vehicles in the area will be carried out by the completion of manifestations.
