The prosecution seeks detention for sergeant suspected of violation and other acts

The prosecutor's decision suspect is in custody for 48 hours.

“Foundation Procurory in Pec, the Randa Crime Department, has applied for the appointment of the detention measure, against the defendants (police officials), G.L., under suspicion that the same was committed by “Dunium”, “Position” and “Photo and other unauthorized recordings”. The state prosecutor, following the ban on suspects for 48 hours within the legal deadline, has applied to the Pec Foundation Court, respectively, for the appointment of a measure of detention. The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec is taking all investigative actions for the full lighting of this” criminal case, the announcement said.

Meanwhile, the Kosovo Police Inspectorate has arrested a Kosovo Police official with the rank of sergeant, on suspicion that the sergeant has committed criminal acts of rape, blackmail and photography and other unauthorised recordings.

The “based on evidence and evidence collected by IPK investigators have arrested the police official involved in the evening on suspicion that the same has committed criminal acts and that of Article 227, 329 and 202 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”, the statement said.
