Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, in interview last night RTK, has criticised the European Union for not being neutral in the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
Mrs. Osmani has said the EU pressures only Kosovo for implementing agreements, which, according to her, have all implemented in addition to association, until it says Serbia has not implemented almost any agreements.
Here the president also mentioned the issue of parallel structures in the north, saying that despite a 2013 agreement on their break-up, they continue to be, as the President puts it, strong enough.
“According to our security institutions, they (cons parallel structures) versus some promises, are not being dissolved, in fact, too strong. Serbia supports them, it promotes Serbia, finances Serbia, despite a 2013 deal that says it should be dissolved”, the president said last night. /Periscope
