The incident occurred aboard an Air Asia flight from Malaysia's capital, Kuala Lumpur, headed to the town of Tawau earlier this week.
The flight soon made my way to the Malaysian city of Kuching after the snake was seen by passengers above their heads.
The images posted at TikTok show the snake's silhouette traveling along a blaze up near passenger light.
After the pilot had made an emergency landing, passengers moved safely to another flight and traveled to Tawau, writes the DailyMail, broadcast Clankosova.tv.
It is unknown how the reptile boarded the plane or whether it was the beloved animal of one of its passengers.
