Police announced that suspects have been found and seized the amount of stolen metals, which will be prosecuted as material evidence.

Police investigators under the South Police Station in Mitrovica, today, have managed to identify and arrest six people suspected of serious criminal activity -- a case reported in today's morning hours of February 13, 2022 -- where the target of this theft was part of the metal from the waste park at the Trepca Mine Fleet in the First Tunnel.
The arrest of six suspected persons has been made on reasonable suspicion and evidence assured that persons suspected in co-operation have committed serious criminal activity, stealing metal parts from the waste park in Flotation.
In the quality of material evidence in the suspects has been found and seized the amount of stolen metals, evidence that will be prosecuted as material evidence in criminal work.
Following the investigative procedures with the prosecutor's decision to do so, six suspected persons have been assigned police detention measures for 48 hours.
