High Officer Dies KSF, Skender Haliti

News of the death of the Kosovo Army lieutenant colonel has given him colleagues of the deceased and his family.

Former Defence Minister Rrustem Berisha has expressed shock at news of the unexpected separation from the life of his friend, associate and accomplice, Colonel Skender Haliti.

“I met him in the difficult days of the freedom struggle, together we went through many battles, then we continued on to the KPC, and I had an associate in the Ministry of Defense, he was a man of speech, a wise man and an extraordinary friend!”, Berisha wrote.

He has expressed condolences to the Haliti family, fellow fighters, colleagues, friends, and all those who have known and interacted with the deceased!
