On the 14th anniversary of Kosovo's declaration of Independence, I want to share with you the good news that Albania has already started with the release of Biometric residence permits for Kosovo Albanians living in our country. I enjoyed the first two cards to hand over to Arita and Conditioning, two young people from Kosovo working in Tirana. The five-year renewable biometric document is equipped with all security elements and also serves as a work permit. Online application procedure, completely facilitated and without documents. The implementation of the agreement we signed on November 26th at the two governments' joint meeting testifies to our will to create all right conditions for Albanians on both sides of the border to move and live without obstacles. Congratulations to the independence of Kosovo and to enjoy biometric documents Arita with the dedication.
