Hüvenier has written that Lumez have talked about the importance of non-political and independent prosecutors in the drive.
“With Chief Secretary of State Lumezi, we agreed on the importance of political, independent and responsible prosecutors to ensure fair and equal justice. We also agreed on the need for a transparent, reliable and meritocratic selection process for the future head of state”, Havenier wrote.
