P DS: Currently following Moliq's arrest warrant is being drafted, Kurti's power attack

The PSD in the last letter says the justice organs have been put into the service of Kurti's power.

Dardan Moliqaj, chairman of PSD has been arrested!

A few minutes ago in T7 TV space, Dardan Molliqaj was arrested. He was arrested over the incident in the protest against the expensive electricity.

The invitations to the interview, their personal surrender by the Kosovo Police, respectively, have not been realised in line with the Criminal Procedure Code. The violent privilege of freedom of Dardan is abuse of power on the part of all the chain responsible within the justice system. His arrest is completely unproportional and incompatible with the legal conditions for such an act.

This arrest could happen today at any time. He has been at the office and at various meetings in Pristina during these two days. However, the arrest, without a warrant, took place in a television area. Now, after he's been arrested, we're realizing that the police warrant is being compiled.

This clearly shows that justice bodies, illegally and scandalously arresting Dardan Moliqaj, have served Kurti's power.

We assure you that we, the Social Democrat Party, will hold them responsible and take all legal action against all those who abused their power tonight to deprive Dardan Moliqaj of freedom. Today's unnecessary arrest is politically motivated and is a direct attack on our opposition actions.
