“Tensions between Russia and Ukraine have continued to increase in recent days between the presence and massive movements of Russian military units near the borders of Ukraine. A military confrontation cannot be ruled out”.
The German General Danetsk Consulate, in Dnepro, Ukraine, has been temporarily closed with immediate effect, according to the foreign office.
