Such a ruling has been handed down by the Court of Foundations in Gjilan, the branch in Kamenica, Valbone Drevodelli, after the accused on October 18th of this year has pleaded guilty, reports the “Justice Vocation”.

This act turns out to have been compiled on October 31st 2022, where it becomes known that originally accused Djordjevic has been sentenced to 100 euros in fine and three months in effective prison.

But with his consent, the prison sentence has been replaced by a fine of 600 euros, so the accused is obliged to pay the total amount of punishment by 700 euros in fines.

Otherwise, Djordjevic, along with his defender, lawyer Vasilije Arsic at the initial session of January 25th, 2022, had sought to postpone the session to enable negotiations with the prosecution on admitting guilt. However, since this did not happen, the case has become a judicial examination.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, on May 18, 2021, has filed an indictment against Nebojsa Djordjevic, charging him with criminal work “No reporting or false reporting of property, income, gift, other material benefits or financial obligations”, from Article 430 paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK.)

According to the indictment, on April 1, 2020, under no time in Ranilug, accused Djordjevic in the quality of top public official, Community Assembly Adviser in Ranillow, being obliged by law to make a statement of property for 2019, and within the period of 1 through March 31st 2020, but also with the term extended by the Government of Kosovo due to the Codavid-19 pandemic, the same has not stated exactly the wealth it possesses.

According to the prosecution, the accused in the form of property statements handed down to the Anti-Corruption Agency (AKK) on April 1, 2020, has not declared his property and that, 12 agricultural lands and a forest-mal land, on a total surface of 9,798 m2, the property registered in the Cadastral Zone in Randalug, which has been proven by the cetificate issued by the Kosovo Cadastral Agency.

Criminal work “Disreporting or false reporting of property, income, gift, other material benefit or financial obligations” is a work that enters into the framework of the “official corruption chapter and criminal acts against official task” of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
