Gajni Geci publishes the verdict: 4 months in prison the citizen who assembled videos against him, Adem Jashar and Ibrahim Rugova

Geci has made public the court's decision:

Dear friends, after denouncing that I did in the Police of the Republic of Kosovo, a person named I.M. From the Istog municipality, which, from 2018 on and off, wrote, assembled videos and slandered not only against me but also against legendary commander Adem Jashar and against historic President Ibrahim Rugova, with his writings on a website.

The Foundation Court in Pec has sentenced the defendant I.M. to four months in effective prison.

Encourage all the people in the case to present to the police if anyone repeatedly appears on Facebook pages, on the internet or on the phone concerns the other with slander, insults, and unrightful denigrations, you should immediately present him to the police because police are obliged on official duty to announce the prosecution and the prosecution is obliged to file an indictment based on fact and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

The fundamental Court of Pec in my case, on the 09.11.2022 after the act of the basic prosecution in Pec, has brought a case indicating that the person I.M. has sociably and consistently slandered me, insulted, mounted videos and constantly disturbed me and my family, contrary to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

I'm publishing the Act and all those who constantly insult, swear, denigrate the other without his will they have the right to denounciate the case to the police, from now on let everyone know that the Court can punish all who, with their comments, constantly offend the other person.

I have denounced several such cases to the Mitrovica Prosecutor even in Pristina, among whom there are journalists among whom I have warned that they are violating the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, but after not stopping I have been forced to report them to the police.
