The donation was made to cope with the war with Russia, which erupted in February and is not showing signs of slowdown.
The new attacks began on power centres in major cities since early October, with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who today said 30% of the power stations are out of place.
On the other hand, Ukraine's Prime Minister, Dennis Schmyhal, praised the support for Kiev from the European Union.
