Kurti meets France's new ambassador, agrees on strengthening co-operation in justice, culture and sports

Guerot has reconfirmed the position of the presidency of France and the French government for increased engagement and more active role in the Western Balkans in general, and in Kosovo in particular.

Serbian Prime Minister Kurti expressed gratitude for President Macron's commitment, expressed in June, to close the long-standing issue of visa liberalisation for Kosovo. The two sides have also agreed at this meeting that France will have increased presence in Kosovo, including French investors.
