Zajednica and Serbia's referendum in Kosovo smash Kurt and Borrell: José is asking both

At the end of the following year, Prime Minister Albin Kurti had a visit to Brussels. Kurti met with EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell. Among the several topics the prime minister spoke to the media conference with Borrell was the Association of Serb majority municipalities, which slammed the pair. [...]
At the Kurti Borrell conference, held in Brussels last year (December 2021), Mr. Borrell asked to implement the Association Agreement.
“The foundation of the Serb majority Communist Association is part of the Brussels Agreement and has been reached by the parties. We expect the agreements to be respected and implemented fully by both sides, because dealing with the needs of the Serbian community is an important element of the process of normalising relations”, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said at the conference on December 8, 2021.
But, Kosovo's prime minister, answered Borrell at the conference, saying that the association is not in accordance with the Kosovo Constitution.
There are 33 agreements between Kosovo and Serbia, and two-thirds of them have not been implemented by Serbia, but Belgrade always mentions only one agreement that has not passed the test at the Constitutional Court”, Kurti said, is attended by Periscopi.
But, the Kurti-Borell crash at that conference continued with the latter's response.
The Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision does not make the establishment of association” impossible.
Serbia's referendum hits Kurt again with Borrell
Serbia will hold referendum on constitutional changes this Sunday (January 16th). Kosovo's prime minister, whenever asked about the possibility of holding this referendum in Kosovo, has decidably ruled it out, saying it is impossible.
In a conversation Kurti announced last night in Titter, that he had with Borrell, he said they also discussed the referendum.
Kurti announced that he told Borrell that Serbs who have dual citizenship could vote for Serbia's referendum through the Post or the Liaison Office in Pristina.
“over a conversation with EU High Representative Josep Borrell I expressed our position: Serbs in Kosovo with dual citizenship can vote in Serbia's referendum via mail or at the Liaison Office in Pristina. The referendum of another state in a sovereign territory is not the practice acceptable to any democratic state”, Kurti wrote in Titter after a conversation with Borrell on January 12th.
Meanwhile, Borrell said it is important that Serbian citizens in Kosovo who have a vote in their right could exercise that right during the referendum on constitutional changes in Serbia, which is held Sunday on January 16th.
“Day I have talked with Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurtin and Serbia's president, Allexander Vuciq, about the collection of votes in Kosovo for the constitutional referendum held Sunday in Serbia. The gathering of votes in the past has been done with relief from the OSCE. Citizens should be able to exploit their voting rights”, Borrell said through a post in Titter.
It is not known how the question of what VV refers to as Zajednica, or this with the referendum, will go away, as analysts say Kurti is refusing to violate the country's integrity.
I think no one should allow such a referendum to be held in Kosovo. The first we still do not have formal recognition on the part of Serbia, in addition to Kosovo's final status, which is state independence and its functionality. So under such conditions as what we are now should not be allowed such a thing to happen in Kosovo”, analyst Gazmir Raci told the economy. /Periscopi/
