At a moment of the session, the prosecutor asked Nasim Haradinaj what happens if a person in Kosovo is accused of co-operating with Serbia.
After that, the lawyer intervened, saying this question is speculation, but that the judge allowed the proceedings further.
Immediately after the magistrate's permit, the prosecutor asked Haradinaj whether those accused of co-operating with Serbia will be killed.
Whoever accuses them must have a justice. Unless he was at war, he could have killed me, on the front if he was. He shoots you, you shoot, you know nationality, but not now. Now they're judicial organs and I've spent this time making private choices. We are not at that standard now”, Haradinaj said.
On the other hand, Haradinaj was also asked about a status of Hysni Gucatt in connection with Kurti's former adviser, Marze Gashi.
“Shkelzen Gashi has been a adviser to Kurti prime minister. He has reasoned with the killings of 11,000 Albanians in Tivar. There has been one person who has troubled the whole opinion in Kosovo. If this explanation is the only one, I'm not here for his opinion. I cannot express myself correctly about his opinions. Gashi has lied, and tried to stir up hatred. This guy said those statements and he's off work. It's required to be disfellowshipped, but it's been released by”, Haradinaj said.
When I read the name of Shonzen Gashi's couple, I'm sick of”, Haradinaj said further.
There are many intellectuals who have been with Serbia and condemned us. I haven't had a judge since he was a Serb. All Albanians have been”, Haradinaj said away.
Haradinaj has also said the disaster of all judgments on former KLA soldiers is that they have lost at least seven years of life.
If we take all processes in Kosovo that have been set up by UNMIK, EULEX and Tribunali, 80 per cent have proved clear. The only misfortune is that seven years of their lives have been lost. If that's what you're referring to, they've got the gabu that's written 60 and 70, because 90 are”, Haradinaj said.
