Since December of last year, when the third and reinforcement of the vaccine began COVID-19, down to this day, according to data from the Health Ministry, 33 thousand 414 citizens have received reinforcement doses, while 2 thousand and 165 citizens have received the third dose of vaccine against COVID-19.

Strengthening doses are given to people who took two doses of the vaccine against COVID-19, but in time their immunity comes down.

The reinforcement dose was initially said to be given six months after taking the second dose of the vaccine, but later MS had announced that reinforcement doses could be taken three months after taking the second dose of the vaccine.

“Recursing time for taking the reinforcement dosage is done based on research by various states about vaccine against COVID19, the strengthening dose, the epidemiological situation in the country and the region respectively, the presence of the SARS Omitron variant COV-2, as well as the need for full inoculation of the population”, MS reported.

The third dose is given to people who have taken two doses of vaccine against COVID-19, but on which inadequate immunity has not developed as a result of their poor immunity or associated diseases with the recommendation of the ordinative doctor. The third dose is given no less than 8 weeks and is not given six months from taking the second dose.

MSh has announced that the reinforcement dosage and the third dosage can all citizens over 18 years of age take at intervals for high check doses.
