Referendum in Serbia, Kurti-Borell: Serbs here can vote exclusively by mail or in Pristina liaison office

Kurti has told Twitter that she has let Borrell know that Serbs with dual citizenship will be allowed to vote only by mail or at the liaison office in Pristina.
“in a telephone conversation with the EU High Representative for Foreign Policy conveyed our position: Serbs in Kosovo with dual citizenship can vote in Serbia's referendum by mail or in the liaison office in Pristina. The referendum on the sovereign territory of another state is not the practice accepted by any democratic country”, he has written.
Otherwise, Serbian state officials have said in their statements that Kosovo Serbs will also vote in this referendum, while the Government of Kosovo has said that opening seats in Kosovo will not be allowed.
