Kosovo expects much of Albania's historic UN entry

The seating in this important institution represents great challenge, but also an excellent opportunity for Albania and could be considered one of the greatest achievements of Albanian diplomacy.

In this case, Albania's Foreign Minister, Olta Xhacka, said he will exploit this moment and advance the Kosovo issue.

Even former Kosovo Ambassador to the United States Vlora Citaku has said he expects that during the period that will last until 31 December 2023, Albania will reduce the Kosovo report by UNMIK.

As it estimates, the Albanian state should seek closure of the UNMIK international mission in Kosovo.
