The defendants, 37 and 36-year-olds are said to have acted throughout the country in various compounds with various collaborators between December 2019 and July 2021, reports the shdde.
With a network of companies, fake names and forged passports, they have rented, among other things, mini-excavers, wheel-loaders and vibratory plates.
According to the indictment, they have rented or sold equipment throughout Germany that has not been returned.
The 37-year-old suspect as the lead author is taught he had an illegal possession of a firearm with ammunition.

According to the indictment, alleged frauds acted mostly from the Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen). Companies affected by the construction sector are distributed in several federal states.
According to the public prosecutor, some of the construction machines were equipped with GPS. The owners had soon noticed that their vehicles were not going to the assigned shipyards but elsewhere on the highway and had notified the police. This made it possible, among other things, to secure a number of cars in Brownschweig and Gifhorn.
The two defendants are currently in custody. At the start of the trial, it was noted that an author of this group had already been sentenced by the District Court in Wolfsburg. It is said that he has made full acceptance of the work and has been sentenced to a year and nine months on parole.
The process in Brownschweig will continue Friday.
