Haradinaj: SPS has usurped the competencies of justice institutions, no one has been asked in Kosovo

On the second day of his testimony before the Specialised Chambers in The Hague, Haradinaj has answered SPS questions he has said are guilty of leaking documents to OVL-KLA.

“82 MPs who have been taking their finger without days what they're doing and allowing you today to usurp both the Constitutional Court and the Ombudsman's Court of Justice, no one in Kosovo has been asked anyone in the past”, Haradinaj has said.

Haradinaj has said the SPS has scandalted with the resulting documents.

You're making me say don't speculate, you don't speculate, with whom I told you, I didn't tell the witnesses, I directed you as a prosecutor, or you as a prosecutor, about the scandal you made, so don't speculate with me about who I told you, listen well, translate well and see. I have led you, in your scandal, you have destroyed, I have said here too, you have destroyed yourself, and if you think they've been created so far, Mr. Prosecutor, you've created them for your own fault or for your own purpose, because I don't want to believe that this prosecutor has as many illiterates as he allows to do what has happened to him, Haradinaj said.

Prior to the court, Haradinaj has said there are SPS workers who should have been tried for the flow of documents.

The price you do has to be paid, so you're the ones who have to pay this price, the release (of the documents) are you who have to give responsibility for this exit, and you're the ones who promised it and you've asked for a creation of this and parliament I approved it and you didn't. It's your responsibility and I'm saying today, you're guilty, either you or one of you had to sit here, you have this financial, political opportunity, and you've brought me here”, he said.

Haradinaj has reiterated that from documents that had been leafed, they had mentioned names only of persons already publicly known.

While the prosecutor has insisted on whether Haradinaj has targeted witnesses to know that others were already aware of their identity and testimony through conferences.

You're going to throw fish in a muddy water, first of all, even today you haven't confirmed here that material is yours, eat up to today, second, except for the part where you're trying to punish us, the second of which we don't need days, don't you want to know, ask yourself whether you wanted others to know or at least we, the organization you brought us, it wasn't our wish, nor is it dependent on our will or our option, Haradi said.

Former Vice President of O The VL-KLA has said they were unaware whether the documents, which an unknown person had sent to the organisation, were confidential and authentic.

While for statements by the organisation's leaders that they have declined to mention witness names so that they do not endanger them, Haradinaj has said such positions have expressed after hearing professionals in television debates say so.

Haradinaj's testimony is continuing for the second day at the Specialised Chambers in The Hague.
