Haradinaj with some questions for Kurti: Why did you sell the summer electricity at a price to buy winter at a price?

Haradinaj has written that during his rule, the summer has provided a lot of electricity to Albania to get it during the winter.

He has asked Prime Minister Kurti why he has sold the electricity over the summer at a cheap price to buy it during the winter at a much more expensive price.
