Haradinaj complains about the state of roads: Half the winter and Government Surprise

According to him, snow has taken the government by surprise.

His full response:

Snowfalls today ignored road traffic almost all over Kosovo, even though winter maintenance contracts are in effect (power) now and many months.

There are the same contracts that the Ministry of Infrastructure cancelled the procurement process with the so-called spending reduction reasoning, since the only change was contracts from three years to one year old.

This is a fraud in the name of efficiency. Half the winter and Government take him by surprise!
