The Kosovo government, led by Prime Minister Kurti, has proposed a Bill for Administrative Inspection, through which it is trying to create an inspectorate to oversee the work of all public officials in the entire state administration.
Under this bill, inspectors will have the right to enter every office of public officials and have access to their equipment and documents, and all of this without asking permission and without any specific schedule, writes Periscope.
Under the law, the inspectorate will have the right to pronounce and re-Albanian fines 500-700 euros.

To that end, the connoisseur of political issues, Albert Krasniqi, who has said this insinuation more resembled domestic police.
“Inspectorate has the authority to initiate disciplinary procedure against public officials, to pronounce fines (500-700 euros), the fine can be pronounced repeatedly, to interrupt the work of the public official. The public official's complaint examines the political level, a commission appointed by the Interior Minister, respectively. If reporting is considered false, the costs of the procedure are charged to the side. This inspectors more resemble an internal police officer who aims to blackmail and exert psychic pressure on public officials than is aimed at establishing order in public administration. All areas of inspection currently are covered through other laws”, Krasniqi writes, Periscope.
Otherwise, months earlier Periscope had reported another Kurti tendency towards public officials.
Periscopi had secured the document in which it showed how the Kurti Government is aiming to politicise the civilian staff, for which there was debate in the Kosovo Assembly.
