“Dialog not to dominate Kosovo policy”

That is how Kosovo Academy of Sciences and Arts Chairman Mehmet Kraja is praising.

That according to him, this process is accompanied by a lack of transparency and that in the agreements signed with Serbia, there are things that harm Kosovo's sovereignty.

However, Kraja says the international community should be made clear that Kosovo is a party damaged by war and never allowed to be equal to the aggressor.

He says that Kosovo's independence and sovereignty should remain incompatible, until he adds that the Association of Serb majority municipalities should be done only according to the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision.
