In an interview for Prime Time on Kanal10, Bislim has said the European Union is mediating such a deal.

According to him, Serbia had initially refused to speak on this topic, but the EU would call “trust agreement” between the parties.

According to the second government man, a meeting among the heads of state is expected to take place before Serbia's elections, held early April.

Bislimi has said that Kosovo's reports with the US have never been better than under this government.
