Berisha arrives at Prosecutor, interview for violent protest expected

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has just arrived at the Tirana Prosecution, where he will be questioned for the January 8th violent protest at the DP headquarters.

In a first message to reporters, Berisha said he was summoned by Rama after he ordered.

Berisha said he would provide detailed information as soon as he leaves the prosecution.

I invite you that as soon as I get out of the D.A.'s door, I will inform you clearly. Basha's a government tool, that's where I was called by Rama, not Basha. I think he should apologize and punish the police, had detained innocent people”, the former prime minister said.
