Basha said that seeking ideas from opposition parties to get out of the electricity crisis is “to beg the blind eye”.
His statement has accompanied numerous criticisms, so Basha has sought public forgiveness.
The declaration made in the Kosovo Assembly, the MP has named it “lapsus”.

I just found out about the reaction to a pencil in my speech today.
It was the right-wing pen. I agree it's absolutely wrong and therefore I apologize publicly, even though my purpose was not to offend anyone.
