AKP offers 68 rent properties

The Kosovo Privatisation Agency has opened the public statement for renting a number of attractive assets in the five regions of Kosovo as follows: in the Pristina region twenty (20) assets; in the Pec region nineteenth (19) assets; in the Mitrovica region three assets; in the region of Prizren, eighteen) assets; and in the region of Gjilan eight (8) assets. The public announcement of these sixty (68) assets has been open since today (17 January 2022) as the opening of bids and the publishing of prices takes place on January 31st, 2022 in five regional offices: Pristina, Gjilan, Peja, Mitrovica and Prizren.

The lease period is for 1 year, with the possibility of continuing also being envisioned in case of privatisation. Offers can be made individually for each entity separately and with envelopes (an envelope for an entity) delivered to the Regional Office where the asset is offered.

This is a convenient case for entrepreneurs to re-function their companies to assets that have been rented by the AKP. Pristina region offers extremely attractive assets starting in ten (10) offices at the Grand Hotel, along with two N.S. business establishments. Bankos as well as other attractive assets as warehouses and a jar of derivatives.

In the Prizren region of the AKP, it offers to rent the building of the blue factory former Farmakos Prizren with over 1400m2, a number of business establishments, as well as various warehouses. In the Pec region, it offers various business establishments, a number of warehouses, as well as administrative facilities.

Meanwhile, in the Mitrovica region, the list of rent assets is also made up of business and locals. Gjilan region in this announcement offers various local rents, warehouses and business items.

Offers will be accepted by 31,01,2022 by 10:00 p.m. in closed envelopes, envelopes will be opened 15 minutes after delivery, or 12:15, and fax or E - mail offers will not be accepted.

Interested parties are reported that in the rent cases in value over 1,000 months, prior to the signing of the contract will be required by the winning bidder to bring bank guarantees (not bank commitments) up to the contract.

For delivery of the bid, the Formari must be used for delivery of the Oferta, which can be taken to the AKP Regional Office, or downloaded from the website: www.pak-x.org.
The criteria for selecting the winning bidder of the respective entities will be the price of the highest bid.
