SHKK spokesman Florent Gashi has told Express that the fugitive had been admitted into custody on September 3rd of this year and accused of criminal work “slight bodily possession”.
Kosovo's “Correcting Service, announces the public opinion that at around 10:45 today, the Institute of Forenzic Psychiatry has escaped detainee I. S. The same has been accepted into custody - IPFK in 03.09,2021, and is accused of criminally barking.
