This option has also recently spread to Switzerland.
This country reported 34 cases in this version.
Health authorities in Switzerland (BAG) have reported on cases with the new version, though they are minimal so far. The World Health Organization is forwarding the new version, which has multiple mutations.
BAG spokesman Gregoire Goignat has said of “20 minuten”, that there is no signal that the variant “Mu” can become a dominant variant in Switzerland.
