Osmani: Targat decision ensures equality, EU pressure Serbia to stop provocations

The country's president, Vjosa Osmani, has reacted to the situation created after the reciprocity of the license plates to Serbia, saying Kosovo has implemented in full the agreements reached in Brooke while Serbia has ignored them. Osmani has said that Serbian illegal structures in the north are risking the safety of citizens and stability in the region. [...]
Osmani has said that Serbian illegal structures in the north are risking the safety of citizens and stability in the region.
Serbia is what has acted unilaterally since 2016 and in violation of Brussels agreements, not Kosovo.
Therefore, Serbian illegal structures, financed and taking orders from the state of Serbia, are taking action not only contrary to Brussels' agreements but also endangering the safety of citizens and the stability of the region. Furthermore, Serbia, according to the unchanged logic of the past, is also exploiting Serbian state institutions to threaten our country.”, she has written on her Facebook page, Periscopi broadcasts.
On the other hand, Osmani has asked the European Union to put pressure on Serbia to stop Serbia's provocations towards Kosovo.
Her complete scripture:
Kosovo today has implemented the agreements signed in Brussels, which Serbia has ignored and is continuing to fail to implement. Reciprocity in the license issue, for which both sides have signed in Brussels, cannot be seen as tense and unilateral, but action towards implementing agreements that the EU would require itself.
Furthermore, Serbia, according to the unchanged logic of the past, is also exploiting Serbian state institutions to threaten our country.
No threat from Serbia prevents our determination to live through law enforcement, in accordance with our international obligations, for the good of all citizens of the Republic, indiscriminately.
The Kosovo Government's decision on implementing reciprocity with Serbia for vehicle plates has been taken as a result of the completion of the 2011 and 2016 agreements on freedom of movement of citizens between two states. Consequently, the decision provides equal treatment and free movement of citizens of both countries. The decision has been accepted and implemented precisely at all border points, except for two points in the north, in which local Serbs are being misused by the Serbian government and illegal structures there.
Therefore, I invite the European Union to pressure the government of Serbia to immediately stop provocations against Kosovo and misuse for political purposes of Kosovo Serb citizens. Serbia's destabilising policy in Kosovo and in the region and their hegemonic goals for the so-called Serbian worlds are a return to their logic of the years CHA90s, which has brought many victims to our region.
