Green on anniversary of the Washington Agreement: Biden ignoring Kosovo, Serbia

Former Special Minister for Kosovo Dialogue Richard Green has said that the current president of the United States, Joe Biden, has abused the historic negotiations of former President Donald Trump between Kosovo and Serbia.
